Intellectual property protection is essential in the digital age. It is the only legal way to avoid unfair copying or exploitation of your unique ideas, products or services. Intellectual property protection can cover many different assets, such as trademarks, designs, patents, corporate identities, products, services and processes.
The SME Fund provides financial support to SME businesses established in the European Union. The application can be submitted by a beneficiary, employee or authorized representative of the SME in the EU, acting on its behalf. Grants are always passed directly to SMEs.
Grants are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
