The Programmes aims to increase the environmental efficiency of organizations through the establishment of an Environmental Management System in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 1221/2009 / EC, and concerns the provision of state sponsorship to companies and organizations of all economic activities intending to install an Environmental Management System. EMAS which aims to address the environmental aspects of companies / organizations, reduce the use of natural resources and continuously improve their environmental performance.
Eligible to apply are those companies and organizations that will apply for registration in the EMAS Register no later than October 29, 2021.
Financing percentage by EU or other bodies / Level of Subsidy or Loan
70% of the expenditure for the provision of services for the installation of environmental management system, with a maximum amount of €2.000, and for system verification and validation of the Environmental Statement, a maximum amount of €500. With the same percentage is financed also the expenditure for transferring from ISO 14001 to EMAS, maximum amount of €500.
