Such actions are to take into account the infrastructure requirements applicable to certain categories of dual-use infrastructure actions.
Financing percentage by EU or other bodies / Level of Subsidy or Loan
The costs will be reimbursed at the funding rates fixed in the Grant Agreement (maximum 50% for the costs of studies and maximum 50% for all other costs categories (‘project funding rate’). You can apply for a higher project funding rate if your project concerns a military mobility project with a Member State contribution within the meaning of Article 4(13) of the CEF Regulation (‘military mobility project with MS contribution’): maximum 85%.

In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)
- third countries associated to the CEF (list [none])
