Detailed Call Description
The aim is to address topics of pan-European relevance, and create an open, true, informed and constructive debate about recent and future life in Europe among young Europeans, using innovative formats on digital platforms, with the ultimate goal of creating greater awareness about European visions and realities, European values, ideas and decision-making processes so that they subsequently contribute to a more active civil society. In line with these objectives, applicants should describe their approach to (1) content selection, (2) content creation, (3) content distribution and (4) moderating discussions. More details about each of these actions can be found on pages 6-8 of the call document.
Financing percentage by EU or other bodies / Level of Subsidy or Loan
The EU co-financing is limited to a maximum of 80% of the total eligible costs.
The project budgets (maximum grant amounts) are expected to range between €1 500 000 and €3 200 000. It is expected that up to 4 projects will be funded under the present call.
Eligibility For Participation Notes
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must be legal entities (public or private bodies) established in EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs).
Proposals may be submitted by any of the following applicants or combinations of:
- News media organisations;
- Non profit organisations, including youth organisations (private or public).
Other entities may participate in other consortium roles, such as associated partners, subcontractors, third parties giving in-kind contributions, etc.
Proposals must be submitted by a consortium of at least 5 applicants from 5 different Member States.
