Measure 7 “Basic services and village renewal in rural areas”
Summary
The Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 (RDP 2014-2020) is the main agricultural policy tool, for the development of the primary production sector and the rural areas of Cyprus.
It consists of a number of measures aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture, ensuring sustainable management of natural resources and achieving balanced regional development, including the creation of employment opportunities.

Programme Description
The Agriculture Development Programme 2014-2020 is the main agricultural policy instrument for the development of primary production and the Cypriot countryside. It consists of a series of measures that aim at the strengthening of the competitiveness of agriculture, the ensured sustainable management of natural resources and the achievement of a balanced territorial development, including job creation.

Detailed Call Description
The Measure applies to the whole territory of the Republic of Cyprus in which the State conducts effective control.
The 4th call concerns:
- Construction, improvement and renovation of public spaces
- Municipal / Community markets
