Call for proposals to promote equality and to fight against racism, xenophobia and discrimination

Detailed Call Description

The following priorities will be financed:

  • Fighting against intolerance, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes
  • Promoting diversity management and inclusion at the workplace, both in the public and private sector
  • Fighting discrimination against LGBTIQ people and promoting LGBTIQ equality through the implementation of the LGBTIQ Equality Strategy
  • Preventing, reporting and countering hate speech online
  • Restricted to public authorities to improve their responses to (intersectional) discrimination, racism and xenophobia, in particular, based on racial or ethnic origin, religion, or colour as well on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or sex characteristics (further details in the work program, p.9-10)  
  • Financing percentage by EU or other bodies / Level of Subsidy or Loan

    Eligibility For Participation Notes

    In order to be eligible under the first, second, third and fourth priority, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:

    • be legal entities (public or private bodies)
    • be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
      • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)
      • non-EU countries
        • countries associated to the CERV Programme or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature
