Detailed Call Description
- All actions described in sections 6.1 or 6.2 of the multiannual work programme for CEF-Transport 2021-2023, if relevant for civilian-defence dual-use;
- Actions regarding the upgrade of sections and components of the Core and Comprehensive Network not covered in sections 6.1 or 6.2 of the multiannual work programme for CEF-Transport 2021-2023 if relevant for civilian-defence dual-use;
- Actions concerning air transport infrastructure components, as defined in Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013, if relevant for civilian-defence dual-use.
Financing percentage by EU or other bodies / Level of Subsidy or Loan
The costs will be reimbursed at the funding rates fixed in the Grant Agreement (maximum 50% for the costs of studies and maximum 50% for all other costs categories (‘project funding rate’)
Applicants can apply for a higher project funding rate if your project concerns a military mobility project with a Member State contribution within the meaning of Article 4(13) of the CEF Regulation (‘military mobility project with MS contribution’)15: maximum 85%.
Eligibility For Participation Notes
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
- third countries associated to the CEF
