Specifically, the programme brings together aspects in order to streamline, exploit synergies and provide a better flexible, transparent, simplified and agile framework to finance activities aiming at a well-functioning sustainable internal market.

Detailed Call Description
Τhis specific call for proposals aims at achieving the following policy objectives:
- Increase the accessibility of debt advice services to EU consumers. This objective may be substantiated through actions aimed at raising the awareness of the interested stakeholders on the key role of debt-advice to remedy consumer over indebtedness and by increasing the possibilities for consumers to refer to existing or newly created debt-advice reference points in their cities.
- Improve the operational effectiveness of the structures for providing debt advice services to EU consumer, including through the creation or the strengthening of specific networks of experts, technicians and debt-advisors.
In order for these objectives to be achieved, the applicant, in its proposal, will have to list and explain in detail all proposed activities, explain in detail how all the proposed activities will manage to achieve the objectives and how concretely these activities will be performed. These eligible activities are:
- Debt advice networks support
- Reinforcement of the operational effectiveness of debt advice Structures
- Awareness and information campaigns
Every proposal will have to refer to one single Member State from the above mentioned 13 EU Member States.

The maximum co-financing rate for grants covered under this call is 95%.
