Detailed Call Description
The initiative is expected to generate a significant impact, given the procurement volume of CPBs operating in Europe at national, regional or local level. Increasing the administrative capacity will also facilitate access of SMEs to public procurement and foster the use of strategic procurement (procurement of innovation, green procurement and social procurement).
Qualitative and quantitative indicators for the action:
- number of applications received for the training course, per country and year
- evaluation of the quality of the training course by participants
- number of participants in the training course

Eligibility For Participation Notes
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- EU Member State (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)
- non-EU countries:
- listed EEA countries and countries associated to the Single Market Programme or countries (Further details in the call document)
