Detailed Call Description
The present call for proposals aims at funding projects that will provide concrete and hands-on support. For each priority, projects must aim at achieving one or more of the following outcomes:
- Priority 1 – Inform and increase awareness among small HSPs about the TCO Regulation’s rules and requirements
- Priority 2 – Support the implementation of the TCO Regulation by supporting small HSPs to
- Priority 3 –Share experience, best practices and tools for implementing the TCO Regulation
Target groups (who are the main final beneficiaries): The target groups which will benefit of the Call are small companies, which qualify as hosting service providers under the TCO Regulation. For the purpose of this call for proposals, small companies means:
- Microenterprises as defined within the Recommendation 2003/361/EC concerning the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprise
- Small enterprises within the definition of the same Recommendation can be included in the target group exceptionally, if demonstrated, that they are particularly exposed to terrorist content.
The target groups described above is not equivalent to applicants who can apply to the Call to become beneficiaries -Target countries All small service providers, irrespective of the country of their main establishment shall be targeted, if they offer a relevant service in the European Union.

Eligibility For Participation Notes
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)), excluding Denmark
- non-EU countries: without any limitation as long as relevant for the call for proposals in view of their advanced competences.
